It is dent free and appears to be in running order! The milk is cold ha-ha. My partner and I are most impressed with Appliances Online and your after sales service especially for your handling of matters and the lengths you have gone through. Even after your creative thinking you have still made enquiries even though the matter was outside of your hands. Of course we would recommend you to others and although you are unable to service the area in which we live if you did Appliances Online would be our first choice for point of purchase. We cant speak highly enough of your handling of the matter. So a big fat thank you to yourself and others concerned for not leaving us high and dry its so refreshing to see a business actually take the time to do something in the best interests of the customer even though there was certainly no easy solution! I purchased a clothes dryer from your website yesterday afternoon, used the online customer service window to ask a few questions that were answered immediately. The lovely sales woman then personally called me, made the transaction very quick and smooth then assured me that my dryer would be delivered next day. Not to mention they price of the dryer could not be matched anywhere else, especially with free delivery. Delivery guys were extremely polite, rang twice to confirm when theyd be here, took my old dyer away and set up new one. Everyone loves to make the effort to have a whinge when service is terrible, but I just wanted to say how impressed I was with yours. I would without hesitation use your services again.
