My landlord let the delivery men in and he advised that these guys were fast, efficient, friendly and nothing was any trouble to them, they delivered my washing machine, set it up and took away the old one with no hassles, I came home that night and there was my lovely new machine waiting to be used. The delivery men were fantastic - took great care, communicated with each other all the way up the staircase and were very thorough in their intructions while being fast & efficient. ...and took away both old products for free! So far both products are going very well, so I cant comment on aftersales service, and hope i never need to!
