Proficient and efficient

I had a new fridge delivered by your company on Monday 31/10. The two young men Warren and Glen were both proficient and efficient in the way they went about their work. These are difficult delivery addresses around here and it was a pleasure to see how Warren sized up the situation and then calmly guided Glen in the best way to put the fridge into place. One of the best retail experiences I have ever had

I don't normally offer feedback especially via Facebook, but I felt compelled to offer some advice for anyone that is looking for an appliance...I recently purchased a wine fridge from Appliances Online due to the item offered, the unbeatable price, the free delivery & peace of mind with the extended warranty. Its a feather in your cap

We have just brought a front load washing machine.....Colin was the Sales guy that we spoke to. He was extremely helpful and totally friendly looked after us well and as a result the machine was delivered early and its now in operation. We were advised that the machine was picked up on Thursday and to be delivered on Monday, BUT it arrived Friday lunch time. Thanks to Colin and the FRIENDLY staff at Appliances on line.
