Pleasantly surprised with the ease and speed of my purchase, both online and in real time. I placed my order online and within ONE day had my brand new freezer in my home! Although the delivery guys were quite late, they consistently rang and kept me up to date with their whereabouts, and upon arrival explained themselves thoroughly and nicely (had a few unfortunate mis-haps!). Thank you very much for saving me from a week of dirty laundry

Hi, I wanted to write to thank you for the speedy service I received yesterday. I placed my order at 11am Monday, and called to check on the expected delivery time for the Wednesday. It was expected to be in the middle of the day which didn't suit as I had to be at work. Instead of waiting until my next day off (Mon), your helpful staff member arranged for my washing machine to be delivered that afternoon and within 4 hrs from placing my order I was using my newly installed washing machine!
