The entire process was painless
To Appliances Online. I would like to thank you for the excellent service you recently provided with my recent purchase of a refrigerator. If only all places provided the level of customer service you provide, things would be much easier for we consumers. I am pleased to say that the process outlined on your website occurred as claimed - the product was delivered the next business day after it was ordered, I was called before 10am on the day of delivery with an estimated delivery time window, and it was delivered within that window. There was a small glitch with the online ordering process in that I didn't receive a confirmation page after submitting payment, but a call to the Support phone number confirmed the order had been placed and the payment had been received. The only thing that didn't happen as specified on the website was a phone call an hour before the delivery. So my fridge and microwave have just arrived and been installed by two lovely staff! I had to get online straight away to convey my thanks for a completely hassle free experience. We ordered the fridge and microwave at about 2pm yesterday and by 10.30am next day they are already at home in our kitchen! Even with the price alone Appliances Online wins out, add to that, a great range of products, a site easy to navigate, fast, cheap(free!), convenient delivery AND installation PLUS removing your old appliances and you simply can't go wrong!
