Thank you, thank you & thank you. We just purchased an Electrolux fridge from appliancesonline.com.au and we so glad that we did. My wife Naome & I were able to read & discuss the product info, make our decision on which fridge to purchase in the comfort of our home. This was done 'without' driving around to individual retailers, finding parking spots plus we didn't have to listen to a half informed sales pitch. Plus the delivery fee was pittance, to what we have paid for previously from 'local' retailers. The delivery guys called the day prior & gave us a time window, when they arrived they were 10 minutes ahead of time, plus they unpacked, set up and removed all packaging materials. Please pass on our thanks to the delivery guys. You will be receiving other orders from us in the future, plus we will tell our friends how easy dealing with appliancesonline.com.au really is & recommending others to purchase from you. I just wanted to say thanks for a great website and the great service we have received in the delivery of a cooktop and wall oven. While the delivery was delayed by a day this was not a problem as I was informed promtly and so was able to make alternative arrangements, so no problem at all. The delivery guys were great, polite, careful and on time and of course another member of your team, I believe his name is Sam... hope I got that right!, was really helpful when I spoke to him on the phone, all in all, you guys are great, well done, my thanks sincerely, hope you all have and a wonderful Christmas and I shall look forward to shopping with you again.
