Jura have developed a P.E.P. (Pulse Extraction Process) system for brewing, to cut down on extraction time and preserve your coffee’s full spectrum of flavours and aromas. When using the intelligent CLARIS water filter, you won’t have to worry about descaling your machine.
With programs for rinsing the milk and coffee systems, and with an interchangeable, dishwasher-safe milk spout, every cup will be as pure as it is delicious. Discover why automatic is not erratic with a premium coffee machine from Jura.

Fully automatic with P.E.P. brewing
With a Jura machine, you’ll never have to get your hands dirty by tamping coffee grounds. With the efficient Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P.), hot water is injected into your grounds in short bursts. Water flows around each individual granule to ensure your coffee retains its unique aromas, while minimising the chance of over- or under-extraction. There will be no dilemma with your crema. The variable brewing unit can accommodate anywhere from 5 to 16 grams of coffee, catering to all palates.

Smart CLARIS water filter
Descaling your coffee machine can be a tedious process. Thanks to Jura’s smart CLARIS water filter, only the cleanest water is used to infuse your coffee grounds. The flavour of your cup will not be tainted by heavy metals, chlorine, or other undesirable substances. The Intelligent Water System syncs the filter cartridge to the coffee machine using RFID technology.

Hygiene guaranteed
Like any appliance used with great frequency, this coffee machine requires regular maintenance. Put the toothbrush down—you don’t have to go scrubbing in minuscule holes. This machine is built with programs for rinsing the coffee and milk systems, because you don’t want last week’s milk tainting today’s coffee. For added convenience, the dishwasher-safe milk spout detaches for replacement.

Generous water tank capacity
A 1.9-litre capacity water tank means fewer trips to the sink for refills. The tank can be removed from the front with ease, and the machine will display a prompt on the TFT screen when it’s time to fill up.
