Full marks to everyone including the drivers
Not often I make the effort to send some praise out, but full marks to Colin in customer service. Our new LG front loader arrived was installed and promptly decided to overfill and drop its load and flood our laundry and adjoing room. Phoned through our issue (incidently we are still waiting for LG to get back to us)and Colin fixed the problem and arranged a replacement to unit to be delivered - full marks to everyone including the drivers - prompt efficient and very courteous - keep up the good service - I will certainly sing your praises and you have my future business!!!! Delivered nice and early and the old one taken away

A great way to shop
Thank you and all at Appliances online. Not only did you save me money but the Oven arrived on time. Communication was excellent and so was the product. I had some reservations at buying this type of item online but I would recommend Appliances online to anyone. A great way to shop. I shopped around before buying from you. All the appliance stores give you there so called discounts and then they charge about $40 to deliver and one person arrives, then there is a charge for taking away the old oven.
