Hi Folks, I thought I would send through a compliment for the guys that delivered my fridge this morning. One guys name was Corey, didnt get the other guys name. Both guys didnt mess around, both fast and friendly, installing new fridge etc, then Corey (on his own! The other guy was finishing levelling the new fridge and hooking it up etc) lugs my old fridge back down 3 flights of stairs! Crazy stuff! Anyway .... Every time I have dealt with you guys I have been pretty impressed with your service and no mucking around professional attitude, and today was no different. I just wanted to thank your for the great service. When my washing machine broke down on Monday I called my Dad to tell him about a special I saw at D******. He made me promise I would check out appliances online first. He and mum have bought their last 4 appliances from you and have also got all their friends on the bandwagon. He went on about the great service and was amazed that the delivery guys unwrapped the appliances outside and took the packaging away. Having recently redecorated my unit and being completely fed up several trips up and down the stairs and down the street to the recycling bin, this part was particularly music to my ears! While the same item from D****** was on special at $50 cheaper (incl delivery and removal), they couldnt get it to me for 2 weeks. I came home and called appliances online and ordered my machine. Got it the next day and all the courtesy calls happened as promised. Adam Ali were quick and so polite. I've told 6 people about you so far! Thanks Katy, Griffith, ACT
