The Falcon Professional+ FX 100cm cooktop will stay immaculate for years to come due to the high gloss enamel finish.  The gas cooktop offers a large wok ring as well as an aluminium coated griddle plate, whose coating means you no longer have to cook with additional oils or greases added.  The five burners are each fitted with Flame Failure Devices which means should a burner go out, the gas will shut off to that burner.  The handy storage drawer means the accessories you are not using can be stored conveniently, without being in your way.
