A little concerned how it would go

Hi I have not bought an appliance on line before and was a little concerned how it would go. I would like to compliment your company on the way my order was handled, i.e. the uncomplicated method of ordering, the pleasant way I was treated when I rang to change delivery date and the very prompt delivery. It was difficult ordering a product I did not know but I am extremely happy with the Omega Dishwasher. I am sure you get complaints but this is a genuine compliment. Very happy with your service today
