We just had our new fridge and washer delivered, we ordered on Friday and were delivered to Nelson Bay on Tuesday. The delivery guy rang an hour before arrival as I requested. I was expecting to be required to help unload as in previous purchases from others, but not so with you guys. The chaps that delivered it were efficient and very courteous and had them unpacked and installed in double quick time. Hey they even took the packings away. How great is that! Dear Sir/madam, I just wanted to thank you for the great service that I have received from your company. I am stoked. My washing machine died last Friday morning. With 2 young children this was a catastrophe. I was recommended your company by a friend. I compared prices and ordered my machine in 1 hour. I did not have time to hit the road. I had to call your company with a question and they were very friendly and helpful. Then to my absolute shock I received a phone call at 7.30 on Monday morning (this morning) to tell me my washing machine would be delivered and installed by 9am. AND IT WAS!!!
