Your service has been exceptional

I ordered a Bosch washing machine on Wednesday 29th January and it was delivered and installed by the time I arrived home from work the next day! The driver rang me on Thursday morning to say what time he would be there, he arrived within the appointed time and installed the new machine, removed the old one and took it away with all the packaging, all at no extra cost. A pleasurable and easy experience

I just wanted to thank appliances online for their prompt delivery of my new fridge yesterday. I was amazed at how quickly it arrived and teh guys who delivered it were just fantastic. They phoned me when they were 20 minutes away, moved in the new fridge with no complaints (my house can be hard to access with furniture), they unpacked the new fridge, set it up, and took the old one awaywith no issues whatsoever. It is so rare these days that people deliver on tehir promises and make buying whitegoods a pleasurable and easy experience.
