I am so thrilled with my new washing machine and freezer. Everybody from appliances on line from the people who took my order, the gentleman who rang to tell me of the delivery date (2 days later) to the driver and installer went above and beyond the call of duty. I have already recommended them to friends especially one who is finishing her kitchen and laundry renovation and needs new appliances. She also found them to be a great company. Just a note to thank your company for their excellent web site and service. When I read I could nominate my delivery day and the explanation regarding delivery time I was a little skeptical......what, you mean this company will actually provide a service as part of the transaction?!?! The two delivery men were very good, they rang and arrived within the time frame and took a few minutes to explain the machines basic functions, couldn't ask for anything more.
