I would like to thank you for your service in delivering a new Simpson front loader washing machine. You offered to remove the defective machine at no cost and also install the new one. I cannot fault your service. The machine was delivered on time the next day. It also cost less than the price stated in Choice magazine by $126. In the future I plan to buy other products from you.
