I keep coming back as it lacks all the automation, so the quality of the pour is totally reliant on the user. My other machines succumbed to hazards related to the lack of regular cleaning.Excellent customer care from BrevilleBreville not only have great products that last but amazing customer care. I have tried other much more expensive products at times and been sorely disappointed in the poor quality and total lack of customer care. I always come back to Breville for their quality products that last and have just had another great experience with their customer care when my old much used coffee machine died. Thanks breville! I specified delivery for a Friday, Appliances Online called me in the morning to say delivery would be between 11 and 1 PM. at 1 minute past eleven, the truck arrived. Perfect!Perfect Not often am I so quick to write a glowing testimonial but felt for these guys it was totally warranted. Ordered yesterday at a price that is unbeatable (Nespresso coffee machine bought as a gift for Xmas) and it was delivered by 9am the next day. The driver even phoned to advise the time an hour before. Not just that but delivery is free! If you have concerns about ordering online you shouldn't have with this company - the great thing is they are not just online - I phoned up and was able to speak to a person!!!A price that is unbeatable Delivery, services & returns
