Love the Colour ... but
It all started beautifully. Great colour, fast boiling, quieter than most I tried ... but .... after only 4 weeks, it has a horrid rust-looking colour on the bottom of the jug and is now louder and takes longer to boil.

Good kettle, but.
Love the look of this kettle, but just like the first Breville Crystal Clear Lite Kettle I bought and returned, the second one was just the same ,making loud cracking and banging noises when heating up the water. So I sent them back again. The Appliaces Online guys in their truck were very good and on time when picking up the kettles both times.I ended up ordering another brand. from my house.

I have shopped online for many years and when I received an itme ordered through Appliances Online and the product was faulty, not Appliance Online's problem, but they were immediately apologetic and organised a replacement as soon as they could possibly deliver it,and this was done without any difficulties whatsoever.It was almost like old fashioned service of the "customer is always right".I have previously bought a washing machine through Appliances Online, and again their service was exceptional.I had often wondered what would happen if there was an issue such as this, and it has reinforced my confidence in shopping online particularly with large items.I hope that all businesses have this sort of customer service, the world would be a better place.
