I was shopping for a cordless stick vacuum cleaner and obtained prices from many retail outlets. Went to Google which told me that Appliances Online had the cheapest price. It sure did - by around $80. Ordered on a Thursday afternoon and it was delivered [to another state] by 11am on the next day. Not often I make the effort to send some praise out, but full marks to Colin in customer service. Our new LG front loader arrived was installed and promptly decided to overfill and drop its load and flood our laundry and adjoing room. Phoned through our issue (incidently we are still waiting for LG to get back to us)and Colin fixed the problem and arranged a replacement to unit to be delivered - full marks to everyone including the drivers - prompt efficient and very courteous - keep up the good service - I will certainly sing your praises and you have my future business!!!! Thank you very much for saving me from a week of dirty laundry
Hi, I wanted to write to thank you for the speedy service I received yesterday. I placed my order at 11am Monday, and called to check on the expected delivery time for the Wednesday. It was expected to be in the middle of the day which didn't suit as I had to be at work. Instead of waiting until my next day off (Mon), your helpful staff member arranged for my washing machine to be delivered that afternoon and within 4 hrs from placing my order I was using my newly installed washing machine! Good evening, Thank you fort his question sorry you are unable to mix and match different brands if you have a Bosch washer then a Bosch stack kit with Bosch Dryer will work otherwise you simply use a stack mat and place any brand above the washer.
