Time to let a Ninja loose in your kitchen?

These power-packed kitchen companions give the competition a run for their money.

When you’ve got the right kitchen appliances to hand, mealtimes are less of a punishment and more of a pleasure.

With its blenders, air fryers, multi-cookers and now ice cream makers, American brand Ninja has steadily been growing its range of kitchen benchtop buddies that combine power, versatility, and convenience at competitive prices. Now, Appliances Online is pleased to stock a wide range of Ninja kitchen appliances (which could be sitting on your kitchen counter as soon as tomorrow*, with free delivery).

A perfect blend

Ninja is probably most well known for its cutting-edge (sorry) blenders and food processors, particularly its professional-grade power blenders and the Ninja Nutri series that established its reputation in the early 2010s.

Its high-powered blender system (some models have up to 1,500 watts of power) that easily pulverises ice, frozen fruit, and even whole produce, was what initially put Ninja on the map. If you’ve used other brand blenders, you may have noticed warning labels advising against blending ice and frozen foods because their motors and blades can’t handle it.

Another aspect that sets Ninja blenders apart is their Auto-iQ intelligent blending system that uses timed pulsing, blending, and pausing patterns to achieve the perfect consistency, whether you're making silky-smooth smoothies, nut butters, or frozen margheritas.

Powerful blending, Ninja-style

Fry with a fraction of the oil

Air frying has become a bit of a cooking staple across Australia in recent years, thanks largely to the way it allows you to enjoy crispy fried foods with a fraction of the oil you’d use with traditional deep frying, and partly because it can be quicker and easier than cooking in a traditional oven if you’re cooking for just one or two people. Ninja air fryers take air frying technology and enhance it with a couple of clever features.

The FlexDrawer air fryer and Foodi Max series, which includes 7.6L and XXXL 9.5L capacity models, feature the brand's signature TenderCrisp technology. These dual zone air fryers let you air fry and pressure cook simultaneously, so the food you put in them ends up crispy on the outside and even juicier on the inside than you’d get with some other brand air fryers.

Beyond this, the Ninja Foodi Max and FlexDrawer also have roasting, baking and even dehydrating functions, meaning you can use them for a whole lot more than just low-fat crispy chips and chicken wings.

Cut the fat, not the flavour, with Ninja air frying

Multitasking multi cookers

While Ninja’s air fryers can do a lot more than just air fry, its multi cookers are versatile enough to leave your traditional cooking appliances feeling a bit inadequate.

The Ninja Foodi Max multi cookers, for example, have up to 14 cooking functions, including grill, dehydrate, steam, slow cooker and pressure cooker. Perfect for busy households, they have the capacity to cook family-sized portions so you can prepare everything from quick weeknight meals to elaborate Sunday roasts.

A new style of ice cream maker

If you've been anywhere near TikTok recently, your mouth will have been watering (well, usually!) at the weird and wonderful homemade ice cream combos people have been inspired to make as part of the Ninja CREAMi challenge.

The Ninja CREAMi series takes a different approach to home ice cream making. Rather than the traditional method of churning ingredients in a super-chilled drum while freezing them, it processes pre-frozen bases using special ‘Creamify’ blades to create various desserts, from ice cream and gelato to sorbet and icy cold milkshakes.

The Ninja CREAMi Deluxe model has extra capacity and texture settings, though both versions handle the basic functions of transforming frozen bases into smooth desserts.
