The awards are voted for by 10,000 Australians who have recently bought products across a range of categories, with the survey conducted by research and insights firm Dynata on behalf of Finder.

Electronics Retailer

● Most Loved Brand: Received a 94% trustworthy rating, making it this year's undisputed winner.

● Top Value Brand: Received an average score of 4.42 out of 5 for value for money.

● Legendary Service: Received an average score of 4.34 out of 5 for customer service.

White Goods Retailer

● Most Loved Brand: Received high scores for product range, customer service and product rating as well as a 91% trustworthy rating, making it this year's undisputed winner.

● Top Value Brand: Received an average score of 4.52 out of 5 for value for money.

● Legendary Service: Received an average score of 4.6 out of 5 for customer service.
