I ordered a new washing machine last week, and asked for delivery today. 7.30am received phone to let me know the delivery would be in 30 minutes. 8.00am Here on time! 10.00am - doing my second load of washing. Brilliant service! The delivery men were polite and efficient. They connected my new machine and took the old (22 years old!) machine away for me. You can't ask for better service than that. I recently took delivery of a Bosch upside down fridge 451ltr. I found the whole process very easy with no hassles at all. I ordered it late on the Tuesday night and it was delivered the next Monday as promised. The fridge is great and the price was soooo much cheaper than the retail stores and delivery was free.
