Thankyou. I am so impressed. I didn't know if you could still get benchtop dishwashers, I googled it, came across your site, everything looked cool, and with COD, I couldn't be more secured. I made the order, yesterday, confirmation came through, I got a 'lovely' early call from driver (lol) this morning, which you had already prepared me for and I knew was likely to happen, and the dishwasher was delivered when advised it would be, and now I'm washing dishes in it! This is excellent service
We would like to say how pleased we are with the ordering and delivery of our new fridge today. The driver phoned yesterday afternoon and confirmed the delivery would be between 8 and 10 am this morning. By 8.15am the old unit had been removed and the new one installed and setup. I would just like to thank and congratulate you all on such a great company/site and such excellent customer service. My boss required a Fisher & Paykal Rangehood to replace and existing unit in a property he has rented out. I contacted our normal "big name department store" and was told a price that was approx $55 more expensive that what your price was. I was then told by this supplier that due to no stock at Fisher & Paykel it would be 5-6 weeks for delivery. I then rang Fisher & Paykel directly who advised stock should be in by the end of next week. In the mean time, whilst on hold to various departments, I came across your website. Personally I prefer to shop online, however my boss tends to be a bit cautious. I rang your customer service team and spoke with a very friendly and helpful staff member by the name of Andrew.
