    Thorough and quiet flosser, beautiful design
    This is a follow up on my previous review - I had two of the Power Flossers in the past. Philips company reached out to me to provide me with a replacement after my previous flosser failed. I must say I was skeptical when I opened the new boxed product, but now, after using it for over a month, I am a renewed fan of this flosser. First of all, I was using a competitor company flosser and forgot how beautiful, modern and clean design the Philips flosser has in comparison. Secondly, I forgot how quiet it is - again, comparing to its competitor. And finally, also compared to the competitor, the water container does not leak AT ALL, keeping my vanity counter pristine. I love it so much, that I just bought the portable cordless version of this flosser to keep at work and take with me while travelling. Well done, Philips, you have a customer-for-life in me.

    Worst product ever
    I stopped using it after a few months and when I went to use it, it wasn't working. I wouldn't waste my money on this product again.

    Loved how this flosser worked… until it did not
    I absolutely love Philips toothbrushes - my husband and I have been using them for years and have replaced them a few times - usually for upgrading, but also because they simply stopped working after 4-5 years of daily use - something that can be expected with even high quality products. We currently are saving up to upgrade to the 9000 series with the app connectivity while our toothbrushes are working well. However, we have not been as lucky with the flosser. The first one stopped working after less than 2 years and the second, replacement one, worked exactly a year and a week. Having said that, when it did work, the flosser worked great, was gentle enough, yet quite thorough and left my teeth feeling sparkling clean. Unfortunately, I cannot justify spending 180 plus taxes on a flosser that may only last a year. Too bad, because I really liked it. Comparatively to other brands, the water container never leaked and the design of the whole flosser is attractive and had a small footprint in our small vanity space.
