I had a 7000 series shaver and I thought there will be a lot of difference with the 9000. The shaving time has slightly reduced. But what I find difficult to accept is the cleaning liquid. I am told you have to buy the whole cartridge. Can't buy the liquid only. In my opinion it is expensive and theory of recycling doesn't apply at all. Hera I bought a refurbished shaver! By the way this is the 4rd or the 5th Philips shaver

Would have expected this shaver to be excellent due to its high original retail price . One small minus point is getting the 3 shaver lid open , for cleaning . On my previous Philips shavers there was a button which flipped open the shaver cutters ., whereas this shaver does not .
