I've been using Philips shavers for over 50 years and this is the WORST SHAVER I'VE EVER USED. It takes about 10 minutes to cut a 2 day growth and even then it feels like I've got a 5 o'clock shadow. And it regularly 'catches' around my chin! Also it's not comfortable to hold for that long. My previous 20 year old Philishave Cool-Skin model, with only 2 of the 3 cutters installed (& they're original 20 yr old cutters), still gives a closer, cleaner and faster shave than this new model!!!!! The water drain hole on the new model drips water for quite a time after cleaning and is only about 2mm from the power inlet -DUH. SURELY THIS IS A HUGE SAFETY ISSUE if the power adapter becomes faulty and sends mains voltage to a wet socket. There's NO plastic cutter guard to protect the sensitive cutter mesh and the travel case is so poorly designed that the zipper teeth rub against the cutter mesh.

quality product manufactured from good quality materials , lightweight but robust and easy to use.

Excellent shaver but lack of grip when using spoils it. when shaveing the smooth front just slides in your hand and offers no grip. the last Philips shaver I had was excellent all round so I am a bit disappointed with this one.
