    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you influenster and Philips for sending me this amazing complimentary Philips Lumea IPL Hair Remover 8000! I've been wanting one of these for so long! It's so easy to use and so much quicker than shaving my legs everyday! It comes with a fabric carrying case and two attachments, one for my legs/body and the other for my face. I don't really need the face attachment but it's a nice extra to have on hand. It comes with a manual and a QR code for quick video instructions which was super helpful. You start out by testing it on one spot of your skin to ensure there are no reactions after 24 hours. During testing, it detects skintone with the device and automatcally sets it to the correct setting based on your skin. However, I had to go down one level because it was slightly hot at the highest recommended setting. You slide the Lumea over your legs once every two weeks for 4 treatments and then only once a month to maintain. After two treatments, so far so good! It looks like it's actually working and I've had no reactions. It's very important to do the skin test! I believe I will purchase the other attachments as well. I am so happy with this device!

I absolutely love this product. I have been using it for a month now and I am like 90% hair free on my legs. I used to have to shave every day sometimes twice a day now I only have to shave my legs once a week. Can’t wait to see my results this summer when I’ve been using it longer. My skin is so smooth feeling and after every treatment you get less and less hair. The Philips Lumea is salon quality hair removal in the convenience of your own home. I love how easy and pain-free it is. The laser just feels like a warm touch to your body. The Lumea comes with a two different attachments one for your body and one for your face. It also has a very nice traveling bag that comes with it so I can take it wherever I need it. The Senseiq technology is personalized for my hair removal treatment and can read my skin tone and adjust the setting so that I have good skin contact. It won’t hurt my eyes and it protects my skin when I’m doing the treatments. They also have an app to keep you on schedule so you do not forget to do your treatment. And that is perfect for a person like me who is always on the go. I highly recommend this to anyone that needs to have salon quality hair removal at home. It is definitely pain-free.
