Disappointed!
1) To select brushing mode, other than "Clean", must turn on handle; highly inconvenient! 2) Need to press several times before handle can be turned off. 3) Takes well over 24-hours on glass charger to charge handle for empty. This product is not reflective nor characteristic of the quality Philips claims in marketing and advertising materials.

The toothbrush is easy to use and does a great job!
Our new Diamondclean Sonic Electric Toothbrush is easy to use and does a great job cleaning teeth; in addition, it recharges easily using a glass cup charger. It also comes with a convenient travel case with charger as well. This electric toothbrush is definitely worth the purchase price!

Hello I refer to the below message, and advise - THE EAGLE HAS LANDED....!! Many thanks for the amazing service.. NEVER EVER - have I experienced such professional communication, service, nor the satisfaction of dealing with such a VERY well organised company. You certainly have the systems in-place to ensure smooth speedy dispatch and guaranteeing client satisfaction.. A virtue which is long LOST with most retailers these days!! I only ordered this item YESTERDAY AFTERNOON and here I am AT 9:20 AM the very next MORNING with the appliance delivered to my door...by a most polite attentive courteous delivery driver!!! FANTASTIC SERVICE - AND to top it all off, I received TWO communique's earlier this morning, one as TEXT and one by a clear concise courteous phone message (as I didn't even have my mobile ON at that time of the morning..YET!!!) and next. doorbell rings and here it is - AT 9:20 AM...!!!
