This is my second Diamondclean toothbrush and I love the product however both toothbrushes have stopped performing well and the vibration is muted just after the warranty period elapsed - 23 months. This is disappointing for the top of the range product. I still have an earlier Philips toothbrush that was an entry level product and it is still working fine. There is a flaw in the design of the diamondclean model. Such a pity.

Had several problems with the toothbrush. Phillips was great in replacing parts but the latest handle boasts an ear piercing sound when in use. I'm guessing it's a refurbished model. Will need to switch to a new product.

Will never use anything else again. Great product battery last well compacted. Gives you a really good clean with five settings.
