Like the technology and warrantee commitment
We love this technology so we bought this product about 2 and a half years ago. During this period, only problem we identified was the vibration power decreased after about 8 to 10 months. It has been replaced twice freely since we bought it and we are very happy with Philips commitment on Warranty. Thank you!

I am enjoying my toothbrush
First of all I must say that the Philips customer service is the best I have ever used. My toothbrush broke and they replaced it, also the charger broke and they replaced it. Now that it is working I love it. You are saving your teeth by using this brush.

Hello I refer to the below message, and advise - THE EAGLE HAS LANDED....!! Many thanks for the amazing service.. NEVER EVER - have I experienced such professional communication, service, nor the satisfaction of dealing with such a VERY well organised company. You certainly have the systems in-place to ensure smooth speedy dispatch and guaranteeing client satisfaction.. A virtue which is long LOST with most retailers these days!! I only ordered this item YESTERDAY AFTERNOON and here I am AT 9:20 AM the very next MORNING with the appliance delivered to my door...by a most polite attentive courteous delivery driver!!! FANTASTIC SERVICE - AND to top it all off, I received TWO communique's earlier this morning, one as TEXT and one by a clear concise courteous phone message (as I didn't even have my mobile ON at that time of the morning..YET!!!) and next. doorbell rings and here it is - AT 9:20 AM...!!!
