[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I find good for this product is that it heats up extremely fast, with adjustable heat range. It does not cause my hair to be dry after straightening as compared to using other straighteners. Have been using this almost daily. The display is easy to see with customisable heat range. I've left the ion moisture mode on throughout. The way the device is manufactured makes it really handy when you are using it to straighten your hair. The wire that's connecting the straightener is rotatable and this way, I don't have to keep untwisting the wire. It comes with a pouch for easy portable use too. The only unpleasant side of it is when the heat can be felt on the plastic external side when you are straightening your hair. It would be ideal if the heat may not be felt on the external sides as our hands may touch them. This is more for safety precautions purpose. Otherwise, it's good and worth getting.

A gift for someone. They have told me it is an exceptional product. Easy to use, and better than some.other more expensive "hair specialist" products.

Such a difficult hair straightener to use! Control buttons poorly placed and I kept accidentally changing the settings whilst using it. Also, it is very stressful on the hands! It is very difficult to maintain the tension on the straightener as I pull it down through the hair shaft because it keeps wanting to spring open. It takes ages to straighten my hair and it is very tiring. So much effort and I can honestly say that it does not do a terrific job. I will use it for a year to get my money's worth and I will ditch it after that. So disappointing!!!
