The overall build quality feels cheap and the tolerances are very loose. There are large gaps between connected parts and the entire shave head vibrates and rattles; it's very loud. The shave itself is mediocre, taking multiple passes to remove even day old stubble. Anything longer than stubble is much worse, and it's also harsh on my skin. I frequently cut places that my old shaver never did. It's difficult to clean, and nearly impossible to get hair out of some of the deeper moving parts of the shave head. I've been using this for just over 3 months, and the shave head broke today. One of the tiny plastic pieces that holds the foil assembly in place snapped while I was shaving and the cutters scraped down my leg.

I bought this product since I have Philips corded epilator for 4 years and wanted a cordless one. you need to apply it many times to shave, it is very weak product. It cause red skin irritation. I am returning this useless product
