No business comes close to this sort of service
I just wanted to give you some positive feedback on your business. My husband ordered a washer/dryer combined online on the weekend and within 2 days we were given a reasonable time frame within which the delivery drivers would arrive (which they met) and within 10 minutes they had removed my old dryer and washing machine and installed my new one (as well as put it on a drum wash cycle for me). I was enticed by the free delivery
Hello, I just wanted to say thanks for the great service I received from your company. I ordered my dryer on Sunday (I was enticed by the free delivery) It arrived on the day I had chosen. I was actually going to call on the Tuesday morning just to confirm it would actually be delivered (as I have had problems in the past from other companies)but before I could even do that I got a call before 9am to say it would be delivered in 15 mins. On delivery the men were very nice to my daughter and did not seem to complain that it was 2 flights of stairs which makes a change. This proves that a system without person to person contact really does work and I find it preferable. Thanks for the great job, I will definitely use you again. Phillippa,
