I don't think I've ever received service like this!
I can't recommend Appliances Online enough! I ordered and paid for my purchase in less than five minutes, could choose a day for (free!) delivery and got a highly competitive price for my new washing machine. The company texted the night before to confirm the scheduled delivery and called by 08:30 to confirm the two-hour window within which they'd deliver..how nice not to have to stay in all morning! The delivery guys were super professional and courteous, took away the old machine and packaging for the new one (again at with charge), moved the new machine into place and connected it for me. I don't think I've ever received service like this.and if I have, then not for many years. A 2014 purchase with the latest technology but with good old-fashioned reliable service with a smile. Courteous, pleasant and helpful
I just wanted to thank you for the fantastic product and service I received from your team. The two delivery men were a joy to work with. They phoned at 7.45am to let me know they would be there between 8am and 10am. They arrived on time, were courteous, pleasant and helpful. I have dealt with delivery people in the past who you just want to leave your place! But these guys were really helpful and made the whole thing easy and breezy. Great price
I recently bought a washing machine for my mother from your site. I placed an order on Friday 28/5/10 and the machine was delivered to my mother's home on Monday morning 31/5/10 as promised so that she could continue preparing for a much anticipated overseas trip later that week. Not only could I not believe the great price, but I was also impressed by the curteous and professional manner of your telephone staff and delivery personnel. The new machine was installed and the old one taken away at no extra cost to boot! I don't think I'll be shopping for whitegoods any other way from now on. Thanks Appliances Online.
