I purchased the 394L Samsung SR394NW on a Thursday and chose to have it delivered the next day and to my surprised it was actually delivered to my front door on Friday! I live on the 2nd floor without an elevator so the friendly delivery men brought it up 3 flights of stairs, removed the cardboard box from the fridge and placed it in my kitchen exactly where I wanted it! I will definitely purchase white goods again from applianceonline and not to mention their prices are competitive with the same type of warranty that retail offers. Rare thing to experience these days
We purchased our washing machine through 'Appliances Online' over the phone. Although there was a mix up at first about the machine being in stock and then not in stock, the customer representative (a lady, who's name I cannot recall)kept in regular contact with me and did all she could to ensure our machine came ASAP, and it did! We were very pleased. Only two weeks later, we had a problem with the machine's seal and it seemed that the manufacturer was claiming that they were not responsible to fix the issue. Your representative, Georgia Kia made an A+ effort to help us, being understanding as well as offering a loan machine until the problem was resolved. As it turned out the machine was fixed, under warranty and seems okay for now but I felt that my gratitude to Georgia needed to be mentioned to the management and/or Directors of 'Appliances Online' .
