Delivery guys live up to their promise
I purchased a Washing Machine from Appliances Online on Wednesday and selected next day for delivery. I called to check on the Thursday what time delivery would be and was told between midday and 2 pm but I would be called before delivery. I was called about 11.45am and told they should be at my house between 13.30 and 14.00. Not only did the delivery guys live up to their promise but they were pleasant, intelligent and installed my machine efficiently, plus took the oldone away. Delivered the goods on exactly the day I asked
I've never bought applicances online before, and was a bit apprehensive, particularly as I wanted it delivered to a different address. I purchased a cordless vacuum cleaner to be delivered to my sister. She lives in a rural area near Echuca. The transaction went through smoothly, and you delivered the goods on exactly the day I asked for. My sister has been very unwell, and unable to use her normal vacuum cleaner.
