Went above and beyond
I was amazed to get on line, find the product I wanted at an amazing price (no-one else came near it) and have it at my door the following day. Initially I wasn't home, and most of the issues I had come up against with regards to deliveries resulted in resentful service, but appliances online (Specifically Mark) gave me the friendliest service I have come across and went above and beyond to get my dishwasher there to meet the plumber! The easiest deal & change over he had ever done
Washing machine--Yes it arrived exactly on time—& it works well after a couple of days for us to work out how. –the way it works is the same as the one I had before except for a few minor differences. It will do a few extra things that I have not had the need for yet. My Husband said –“It was the easiest deal & change over he had ever done” It was all over within 5-minutes. A completely hassle free transaction
Our washing machine died yesterday morning. We ordered a new one from you guys (cheaper than retail prices woo!) just before lunchtime. I was kept up to date with the progress of our order through SMS, and received a phone call this morning giving us a window for delivery as promised. Our brand new washing machine was delivered (for FREE) this morning BEFORE 10am. It was installed (for FREE) and our old washing machine removed (again for FREE). Thank you for a completely hassle free transaction and fantastic service.
