I do a lot of online shopping across many different categories. This is the best online service I have experienced. Appliances Online not only matched a cheaper price, they advised they would call the next day after i ordered to confirm delivery time (which they did), then actually delivered within that 2 hour time window and picked up my old one for free. Dear Appliancesonline Just a quick note to say how happy we were with the delivery of our fridge. Most impressive was the following: 1. You said you would deliver the next day and you did 2. You said the driver would ring an hour before delivery and he did 3. The delivery people unpacked the fridge and took away all the packaging waste 4. The delivery people installed and levelled the fridge 5. A very good price and free delivery.
