I was in a desperate situation as my fridge decided to die on me this morning. I called David to go through some questions around various brands/models I was considering. He demonstrated he knew his products, he was friendly, professional, willing to help and made the entire purchasing process absolutely seamless. He was also able to see if there was any possibility that the fridge could be delivered today and lucky me, the fridge was delivered by 1.30pm. The two men who delivered the fridge were also fantastic. This is the first time I am using your business to purchase but I can guarantee, you will have repeat business from my immediate family and I will be telling all my friends to go to appliances on line for their needs. People who work for you make or break the business and all I can say is, you can never have enough of David Hodgson. I knew the product I wanted, placed the order late on a Sunday night, and received confirmation of the order on Monday morning, confirming delivery date of Tuesday. At 8.25am on Tuesday morning I received a phone call advising delivery of machine between 10am and 12 Noon. At 10.10am truck arrivd, with two young men who quietly and very eficently, delivered and installed my new washing machine. They took the time and trouble to explain about what to do if I had any problems, refused our offer of a cold or hot drink, took out our old machine and left as quickly and as efficiently as they arrived, all done within 15 minutes.
