I'm new to Australia and my transaction with Appliances Online is honestly at the very, very top of any company I've dealt with since moving here from the U.S. I had been waiting over a week on my dryer from another supplier with continued empty promises on its arrival before I discovered Application Online. The AO price was better and they delivered the very next day as promised and called when they said they would concerning the delivery. Everything was very professional and efficient and the customer service rep and delivery guys were also very friendly. I ordered my Beefeater BBQ on the 27/12/2010 and at the time I was advised that there was to be a delay (approx 3-4 weeks) on the delivery of my BBQ, which I was fine with. It was great to receive a call from appliances online between christmas and new year keeping me up to date with my back order. I then again received another call on 05/01/2011 advising me my order was being despatched already and that I should receive it in approx 3 days. It arrived exactly as indicated. GREAT SERVICE. The only issue was the carrier who delivered it to a different address than the one clearly shown on the delivery docket ! Would gladly purchase another product from Appliances online.
