Very impressed with your service that was recommended by a friend who has purchased quite a bit from your company. The delivery time was called to me at 815am and just as they said, they came at 130pm (window was between 12noon and 2pm). Reinforced my confidence in shopping online
I have shopped online for many years and when I received an itme ordered through Appliances Online and the product was faulty, not Appliance Online's problem, but they were immediately apologetic and organised a replacement as soon as they could possibly deliver it,and this was done without any difficulties whatsoever.It was almost like old fashioned service of the "customer is always right".I have previously bought a washing machine through Appliances Online, and again their service was exceptional.I had often wondered what would happen if there was an issue such as this, and it has reinforced my confidence in shopping online particularly with large items.I hope that all businesses have this sort of customer service, the world would be a better place. Really couldn't expect any more
Purchasing from Appliances Online saved us $400 compared to the prices we were being quoted by two of the large Australian retailers. Not paying for delivery was the icing on the cake. The transaction was smooth and seamless and it was great to be able to choose the delivery date that suited our schedule. We also chose the installation option which definitely saved time and double handling - upon delivery, the old cooktop was removed, the new cooktop installed and the old one taken away for disposal.
