Extraordinary service and excellent communication

I would like to thank you very much for another outstanding transaction.
When I first ordered our new oven and cooktop for delivery on 9 April, you
told us that you couldn't deliver until 22 April as the products were not
in stock. After we explained that we really needed them on 9 April for a
new kitchen installation, your team bent over backwards to source the
appliances and meet our delivery date. We cannot thank you enough for this
extraordinary service and excellent communication. Your delivery team rang
yesterday morning around 7 to advise delivery would be between 8 and 9 and
they arrived at 8.30 - perfect! You really do deserve all the positive
feedback you receive. Many thanks again!

I would just like to pass on how impressed I was with your service! The whole process was professional and prompt. I hadnt heard of Appliances Online before so I was a little unsure about purchasing through the website as I have been stung for large items before online. After speaking to a very helpful and friendly customer service person over the phone, I felt very safe about my purchase. Amazing customer service experience
I really wanted to thank Appliances Online for an amazing customer service experience. I purchased a fridge recently to replace our current one that ceased working. On the day of delivery I woke to find the old fridge working again. Upon calling Appliances Online to advise that I did not require the old fridge to be taken away when the new fridge was being delivered (assuming it was too late to cancel) I was pleasantly surprised to receive the option to cancel the order and get a full refund. Incredible service, pleasant staff and never left waiting on the phone. I will DEFINITELY use appliances online moving forward based on top customer service and low prices. I will also recommend to anyone purchasing new whitegoods. Thank you for a positive experience, really makes for a very nice change!!!
