Lifespan Fitness - SM-410 Magnetic Spin Bike
Poor customer experience overall. My bike post was rusted causing me to ask for a replacement. Then the batteries provided were poor quality causing the bike computer to stop frequently for no reason. Not sure I would have bought this product had I known the issues I was going to have with it. I'm waiting now for something else to go wrong.

One ride and making a clunking noise
Received the bike. First ride great then started making a clunking noise. Tried to get help. Was told to pack the whole bike up and send it back. That is a huge effort because we are regional. Asked for a new fly wheel but they don't have any. Send new bearings so hopefully my husband can work out how to put them in. Wouldn't do this again. One - brand new bike should not break after one ride and trying to get it fixed is just a painful process
