Customer service is second to none
I had a phone call at 9am this morning from Les one of your delivery drivers, to say he would be delivering my Electrolux fridge/freezer between 2-4pm, and he arrives just after 1.30pm. I didnt think we'd get the fridge thru the door but he assured me it would and removed the packaging before entering my house. He plugged it in with instructions and then removed my fridge (absolutely unheard of from a retail store) What a fabulous fridge, it is whisper quiet, (my neighbour recently bought a Whirlpool and complained how noisy it was) lots of room and makes a difference from my old 30yr plus year old, that had given up the ghost. I will certanly be buying more goodies from Appliancesonline, their customer service is second to none. Thank you Lynne, Watsonia, VIC
Very efficient, helpful and friendly
Hello, I just wanted to provide some positive feedback on my experience with appliancesonline. I recieved delivery of my fridge/freezer yesterday. The team that delivered my product were very efficient, helpful and friendly. They got what is a heavey appliance up 3 flights of stairs to our apartment taking the upmost care not to damage the product on installation. I was extremely satisifed with the product, the service a the installation service provided by the delivery team. WONDERFUL ! Our Washing Machine decided it was tired yesterday. Within that time, the old machine has been removed, replaced and a new machine installed! I have 3 young boys and I NEED my washing machine.. Appliances on line have been a God Send. I have not had to leave my house and all aspects of their service as prosmised have been fullfilled. What can I say, their service, professionalism and promises have all been followed through. I will from now on look at this site before visiting a retailer.
