Great treadmill
I’ve had this treadmill for a few weeks now and I couldn’t be happier. I’m running approximately 4 times a week between 5 and 10 kms. Highly recommend this treadmill for anyone who enjoys running.

Panel controls didn't work properly. took awhile to find local support number. Once done, panel was replaced fairly promptly

Great Treadmill
Great treadmill, relatively easy to assemble, but allow yourself plenty of time. Very comfortable underfoot and feels well cushioned and stable. Only docking one star for the sound system, which is not very loud and barely audible over the sound of the machine when you're running.

I'm quick to complain when something is wrong, so when I receive first-class service, I think it's only fair to compliment. Your service was faultless. Your prices were the cheapest, delivery free, fitting free, you allowed me to choose the day of delivery, you advised exactly how I would be contacted re delivery. The driver contacted me exactly as you said he would, delivered on time, fitted the appliance, made sure I was satisfied, and left. Good morning, Thank you for this product question, I have reached out to the supplier this morning, and here is their response below: The Horizon 7.0AT Treadmill model that we currently have is the 7.0AT-02 model. It does not have the QuickDial controls as featured on the new 7.0AT-03 version, it instead has QuickKeys to control the speed and incline.
