I bought this about 18 months ago and it initially worked really well. Unfortunately as time went on it became slower and now won't work at all even when I replace the batteries.Given the price I did expect it to last a bit longer.

Would gwt 5 stars as its a fantastic product, however it has stopped working after just under a years use. I love the two brushes and the epilator, Just sad that it doesn't work anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited when my FaceSpa Pro arrived, it looked very professional in its packaging. It comes with 3 heads - epilator, cleansing and microvibration - in addition to a charging cable, stand and carry pouch. I like that its rechargeable so no cables to get tied up in during use. The stand is great and it looks awesome on my dressing table however the charging socketbis on the bottom of the FacePro Spa so you have to leave it lying around in order to charge it up. The epilator head works brilliantly but wow does it hurt! I thought it was bad enough epilating my underarms but the face is a whole new ballgame which I personally do not want to play!!! The heads are easily interchangeable and the cleansing head works well enough but as I use a buffing pad with my cleanser normally I found this to be a waste of time. Similarly I didn't see any benefits to applying my face cream with the microvibration head. In fact, I felt it took more product than I use applying it manually and there was no reduction in the puffiness around my eyes. All in all, I think this is an expensive toy with no real value other than epilating, if that's your thing.
