Very good and user friendly product
If a user manual is attached with the pack would be a great help. I don't know how to remove the trimmer head to clean. Posting a video would also help full

Completely satisfied with the professionalism of both the online personnel and the delivery van staff. Arrived on the day promised a phone call 30 minutes before delivery to check we were home. Installation of washing machine and associated paperwork was fast and efficient. 10 out of 10 all this plus marvellous savings on product and free delivery.
