NEVER EVER - have I experienced such professional communication, service, nor the satisfaction of dealing with such a VERY well organised company. You certainly have the systems in-place to ensure smooth speedy dispatch and guaranteeing client satisfaction.. A virtue which is long LOST with most retailers these days!! I only ordered this item YESTERDAY AFTERNOON and here I am AT 9:20 AM the very next MORNING with the appliance delivered to my door...by a most polite attentive courteous delivery driver!!! FANTASTIC SERVICE - AND to top it all off, I received TWO communique's earlier this morning, one as TEXT and one by a clear concise courteous phone message (as I didn't even have my mobile ON at that time of the morning..YET!!!) and next. doorbell rings and here it is - AT 9:20 AM...!!! (all the way from Sydney TO Port Macquarie) AMAZING!!!!FANTASTIC SERVICE I was very happy with Appliances Online. The product I purchased was very well priced. It arrived when they said it would.
