I love how long the results last, it is a time consuming process though. After 6 months of use I realized that although I changed nothing about the way I use it, it was not working up to par. After multiple passes over my legs it was just pulling on the hairs and not removing them. It seems it has slowed down and the tweezers may not be as sharp or work as well. I tried to contact Braun but they only guarantee it for 100 days.Oh my goodness[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little skeptical at first, only because I usually use nair. I do like the usability of this Braun Silk-épil 7-561. You are able to get a close shave. I love the fact that you can use this in the shower or out the shower.Legendary service
