A family member recommended this product and I was thrilled. However, not even a second after trying it, I started hurting really bad that I even screamed a little. I thought threading my eyebrows was the worst it could get but I was wrong. I usually have a high pain tolerance when it comes to stuff like that, but I was really surprised by reaction to this product. Everyone has a different pain threshold and tolerance, and this product might work for you, not me, but don't get your hopes up.

I purchased this back in may and have used it regularly since then. I love how long the results last, it is a time consuming process though. After 6 months of use I realized that although I changed nothing about the way I use it, it was not working up to par. After multiple passes over my legs it was just pulling on the hairs and not removing them. It seems it has slowed down and the tweezers may not be as sharp or work as well. I tried to contact Braun but they only guarantee it for 100 days.

It feels good in the hand, not heavy and clumsy like the newest model. However, I have to go over the same area many times before it actually plucks the hair, which is time consuming. Also, I hate that you can't use the epilator while recharging it. It's typical of Braun. Another thing is the false advertising, and this goes for all epilators. The promising of smooth legs for up to 4 weeks. That is just not true since each strand of hair on the human body is at its own stage of development.
