No safety guard
Excellent grinder, well made, but although a safety guard is provided for grinder, no safety wheel is provided nor available to purchase in Australia for use with a cutting wheel. Unbelievable since a safety guard is needed for cutting. Very disappointing.

Very polite and professional
My new fridge was delivered today, and I just wanted to let you know that I was very impressed with the service of the delivery men. I work at a hospital so I needed to be able to know very close to the delivery time, so I could get home and back to work as quick as possible. The delivery men, contacted me as promised (which doesn't normally happen) and were very polite and professional and spot on with their timing. I loved the whole appliances online experience
I was extremely impressed, ordered fridge online in comfort of my own home 7.30 at night and delivered 2 days later within time frame promised, with a pleasant phone call at 715am morning of delivery promising delivery between 9 and 11am. Arrival was 9.20am. how impressive.. I loved the whole appliances online experience. Delivery guys were friendly and very efficient. answered all my questions and even took the packaging away along with my old appliance. wouldn't shop any other way, as prices are fantastic too. I recently purchased a washing machine from appliance online after comparing prices and much research, and of course reading all the positive feedback help, I hope this message will convince anyone about online shopping for an electrical appliance, it is the greatest thing!
