[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to use this back belt for my reoccurring back pain I suffer with , first I wasn't sure about how good this was. The belt itself is very strong & heard wearing. It comes with a belt expander fir people who have a larger waist size. This belt itself is suitable for a waist size 75cm -140cm. You have to insert 3 AAA Batteries then it has 4 setting with different intensity levels . I used it for 30 mins on setting A. I fell it was efficient it feel s like a mini massage and after the 30 mins of use it does feel better. it feels less achy but doesn't get rid of the pain totoLly like a painkiller would. After using it through the day I didn't feel a improvement in the pain. The only con about this is that it takes batteries , can be quite expensive to keep using .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suffer with back problems and found this tens machine effective in relieving pain. The tens unit is slotted into a compartment on the belt. The belt helped support my back, the belt also had an extender for those of us on the larger side. The unit is easy to use and has 3 different modes to try. Overall a very effective way to treat back pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Husband and i both thought this was a good idea to buy. But on both using it, at different times. I found it didn't really do anything for me until it was on a much higher setting. My Husband on the other hand, only needed it on a lower setting before he started to feel anything, then he was jumping around. I found it comfortable but my Husband never. It did the job anyway in the end, but you really need to use it for a couple of days, for the amount of time suggested.
