Typically used with a barbell, a squat rack allows you to strengthen your lower body, with a particular focus on your legs, quadriceps, and glutes while a power rack opens up an array of different exercises including deadlifts, pull ups, and barbell curls.

With adjustable heights, courtesy of the J-hooks, you can tailor the configuration of your strength equipment to the exercise you're performing. You can even use your squat rack in conjunction with a bench press to undertake a variety of different weight lifting exercises.

With heavy-duty frames, the squat racks and power racks are designed to handle heavy weight plates, so you can continue to challenge yourself with barbell and dumbbell exercises. Some squat racks also feature resistance bands, attached to the bar, dip handles or chin up bars, great for completing a variety of bodyweight exercises, and the versatility to accommodate standard and Olympic bars. For a more space-conscious option, you can even utilise a half rack, which is smaller than a power rack but still provides plenty of room to perform lunges and barbell exercises. To help prevent injuries, a half rack features small bars on the front to catch the barbell if the weight becomes too much, acting as a spotter in your home gym.
